I have learned the hard way, that you can't let stress take over your life.  Picking relaxation techniques and making time for yourself is the first step to overcome stress. I have found that stress can cause not only affect your mental state, but can take a toll on you physically as well.

Much love CTA,

Thank you for stopping by the forum.  Do you have a hectic schedule?  What do you do to un-wine or de-stress?

good-afternoon UniqPassion,

i wouldn't say that per say, but sometimes i get to much into what i'm doing... like if i'm working on a new site, i will give it my all... the downside is, not getting enough sleep and so on... no hectic schedule as i make my own hours... that means i get online when i feel like it, as many of my sites are only updated once a month these days... alittle burnt out and have a life outside the NET!!

as for relaxing, just getting to watch my team play on TV is good enough for me... also chilling with family & friends does wonders for one's soul...

your thoughts?

sincerely,

cta

CTA,

I hear what you are saying.  Have you ever thought about aromatherapy?  Another way to relax is to try burning oils.  Maybe have scented sachets or pillows in the area where you work.  You find different items at http://www.uniqmotivations.com  I sell different scents for different situations.  You might try Lavender & chamomile if you want that calming aroma or you might enjoy your favorite designer type scent as it might boost your mood.  These things often work.  I work best when I am in my home office burning some oatmeal, milk & honey oil.  If you have any questions, just hit me up.  I will be happy to help!

Yeah I do the whole aromatherapy thing ... even got some products from that new premier site uniqmotivations.com but you have to vary your methods just like the stress you have varies!

I shoot pool

I write

I draw

HAVE GREAT SEX (does not always mean intercourse)

I sing (shhhhh! dont tell nobody dayum, Im tryin to relax)

I have a small group of friends that I can confide in and they are mature, unbiased and true enough to give me the right advice whether I want to hear it or not! All those things used alone or in combination, does it for me

Sincerely Yourz,

Seduction
