More NFL Info.
Jeff Garcia is an Eagle...oh how the "mighty" have fallen.
So is Jabar Gaffney.
Also, Josh McCown signs with the Lions. Is this the end of Joey Harrington? Probably. Sucks to be him.
Seahawks resign Peter Warrick (for what?), and DT Bernard
Redskins sign Collins...not Kerry, Todd Collins, whom is slated to work behind Mark Brunell while Campbell develops. Also Skins sign Andre Carter.
Two more bits of NFL news...
Lawyer Milloy is now a Falcon.
Redskins trade Patrick Ramsey to the Jets for a whopping 6th round pick. I apologize for calling him an FA earlier. My mistake. Is that all it took to get him? A 6th round pick?
I really hope something comes of the Brian Griese visit to Cincy today. He would be a good acquisition to back up Palmer.

thanx 4 such a comprehensive run-down python! yea, the skins signed Antwain Randle El (are 4 short), but is this guy really worth $31 million over (i heard it was) 6 years?
n his entire career at Pittsburgh, 64 games 23 starts 162 catches 2012 yards 12.4ypc 7 TD's; Less than 3 catches a game and less than 2 TD's a season. o k, admittedly, the steelers don't exactly hv a 'wide open' offensive game plan most games, but seriously, this guy is at best a #2 wr, & generally a #3 & he isn't a deep threat. he was a good fit in the steelers system, but the redskins is where even superstars go to dissappear, so, what r his chances?

Washington over spent on a overated reciever in my eyes, he has alot to prove but i think the addition of playes like himself will open up some running room for portis. But I think there were other issues the team needed to address.
We know how DC likes to throw good money into Bad players....LOL (I hate the Skins)

IRVING, Texas (March 18, 2006) -- Terrell Owens has gone from stomping on the Dallas Cowboys' star logo to wearing it on his helmet.
The reviled receiver joined the Cowboys, signing a three-year contract to play for Jerry Jones and Bill Parcells in what promises to be an interesting combination of strong personalities.
"I'm a star among stars now," a smiling Owens said.
There's no questioning his talent -- Owens has consistently put up numbers the Cowboys have lacked since Michael Irvin was in the prime of his career in the mid-1990s.
It's his attitude that prompted the San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles to get rid of Owens. His relationship with the Eagles soured only months after he led them to the Super Bowl, finally ending with his release March 14.
Owens referred to his past problems as "life-learning experiences."
"I'm going to put those things behind me," Owens said. "They can only make a man stronger, wiser. For me, that's what it's done. I'll be a better teammate, a better person, a better man in life. I'm looking forward to this opportunity. I couldn't be more excited to be here."
Following up a question to Jones about Owens' past, the receiver interjected: "Jerry, I know what's expected of me. I won't let you down."
Jones didn't immediately reveal any contract details, but it was likely to include behavior-related provisions. Owens' blowup with Philadelphia last season even led to new rules regarding punishment being written into the NFL's latest collective bargaining agreement.

turns out, it's 3 yrs, 25 mill, so he gets his raise (the hard way).
1 thing thou, T.O. didn't lead any team 2 the superbowl, McNabb - their QB did. i predict this guy will behave almost like a model citizen n dallas, now that he has learned that the NFL can function quite well without him. also, f he has the least bit of sense, he realizes that this is basically his "last dance" w the big boys.

Raiders sign QB Brooks to two-year contract
This should improve the passing game and the running game since brooks has a strong arm and is a capeable runner as well. Look for the Brooks 2 Moss connection 2 happen alot.
