habari gani & afrocentric greetings 2 the brothers & sisters of the house of visions. 
as most here already kno, malcolms b'day is now less than 1 month away. i am proposing we host a commemoration n his honor.  Malcolm was born may 19, 1925 n omaha nebraska from earl & louise little. may 19 falls on a friday this year. w the approval of BlackAngel, of course, i would like 2 invite every1 who feels so inclined, to drop a post - w regard 2 ANY aspect of this honorable prophet & elder stateman - n any form: story, comment, poem, song, quote, etc., n the forum titled, remembering malcom, which is already n xistence under afrocentric notes & quotes, on that day, or, ova the entire wkend, as often as possible. this notice is also being posted there (duplicate).
please feel free 2 begin 2 gather ur thots, scribe ur flo's, collect ur quotes 4 this wkend long - at least n my case - celebration of this brothers life & work 4 the collective.
BlackAngel, f u determine a mor appropriate location 4 this, please feel free 2 mov it as u desire. looking 4ward 2 reading from all of u soon.

Hi There Brotha Alkebulan, I will indeed gather my thoughts together in order to honor our dear Brotha Malcom, this is a great ideal. It is good you brought this subject up now, because it will indeed give US all time to gather our thoughts and do it our way..much love

i felt sure i coould count on u 2 b supportive of this tribute 2 one of our dearly departed b/c i kno ur spirit - u never miss an opportunity 2 show luv 
every1 is so bz these daze, so, i thot a few weeks advance notice would b helpful 2 ppl who aren't the most organized (like me  ) 2 think about what they might like 2 say, compose, flo, quote, etc., & find whateva sources they can lay their hands or eyes on & bring it 2 da house 4 sharing.

well, what could b mor fitting than hving our own Eboni Goddess stop by & pay tribute 2 our own shineing black prince, Malcolm X.
now that her worshipfullness has made it official, i jus kno it will b successful! thanx so much 4 ur support n this endeavor ur highness
every1 is invited 2 help us remember Malcolm X 
now, the sisters hv stepped up 2 the plate, whre r all the brothers?>?

much thanx 4 ur support - i don't think there's any shame n not knowing mor about our ancestors & their accomplishments - since, after all, no group of ppl has mor history than we do , & none of us knows all of it
on the contrary, i'm happy u feel the need 2 learn mor about them & willing 2 do something 2 make that happen. my hope is that this is merely one n a series of tributes brought 2 the house by all, 2 enhance the knowledge of outstanding ppl of COLOR, something we could all benefit by.
