Ingredients
Sliced smoked sausage and/or ground beef or turkey or de-boned turkey or chicken you can also use seafood (I use ground beef or ground turkey always as my base then add sausage or seafood)
chicken or turkey stock
chopped onion
chopped bell pepper
chopped celery
salt and pepper (optional)
minced garlic (optional)
fresh tomatoes diced or can diced tomatoes
tomato sauce
rice
To spice it up crushed red peppers (optional)

Instructions
Cook which ever meat you prefer. Add bell pepper, onion, celery, and seasoning, to taste. Sauté then add tomatoes, sauce, and the stock. Add rice and bring to a boil. Then simmer until done.

I serve with homemade cheese and garlic biscuits…a regular biscuit recipe and minced garlic and add cheese.

For my stock I use fresh chicken or turkey and boil it. Which you can freeze and use for another meal.
