G-Soulja's Broiled Whitefish

Ingredients:

2 lb. whitefish fillets

1/2 cup Great Value Parmeasan chesse, grated

1 tbsp. margarine, softened

3 tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise

3 tbsp. chopped green onion

1/2 tsp. salt

Dash hot pepper sauce

Instructions:

1. Place fillets in a single layer on a well-greased baking pan.

2. Combine Parmesan cheese, margarine, mayonnaise, green onion, salt, and hot sauce. Spread evenly over fillets.

3. Broil fish 4 to 5 inches from heat for approximately 10 to 12 minutes, or until top is lightly browned and fish flakes with a fork.

Note: If you like spicey you can add a pinch of red pepper or ceyene pepper.

Warning above will burn your mouth off causing you to drink all of the kool-aid lmbo.
